By Laws and Constitution:
Article II, Section I
To promote and stimulate a more active participation
in the improving and maintaining of proper
services of the community in the areas of: Health,
Safety, Housing, Ecology, Highways and Traffic, Sanitation,
Lighting, Education, Fire, Police Protection, Youth
and Senior Citizens Welfare, Planning and Zoning
Development, Consumer Protection, Utilities, Fair Taxation,
Water Supply and any other facility, service or any other
action neccessary to maintain the community as a
desireable place in which to live and work.
